The Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (ISPONRE) and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) are now implementing a project entitled ‘Phasing out incandescent lamps (ILs) through market transformation in Viet Nam', funded by the GEF. The overall aim of the Project is to phase out Incandescent Lamps production and sale through the transformation of the lighting products market as well as the promotion of high quality Energy Saving Lamps (ESLs) in Viet Nam.The Project is in immediate need of 04 positions:-  International expert on ESLs production –TOR-  International expert on testing and standards of ESLs – TOR-  International marketing campaign expert - TOR-  International policy expert on energy efficiencyInterested candidates are invited to submit an updated Curriculum Vitae via email to: ttmai@isponre.gov.vn (Ms. Mai) with the subject line: “Application for position {Name of position} {Full Name of Applicant}”Deadline for submission: 20 August 2012, Ha Noi time
