Research scientific basis for the delimitation of the jurisdiction of the state on basic surveys of resource management and environmental protection

Objectives of the study:- Clarifying the perception and role of State management of basic surveys on management of natural resources and environment in their relations, to raise the status quo of the State management of resources and environment, the causes leading to this status quo in recent years in our country, especially since the Renovation.- Propose delimitation of state jurisdiction on matters of basic surveys, natural resource management, and environmental protection.2. Object and scope of research3. Research Methodology:- Review and systemize relevant issues;- Inherit; collect domestic and foreign documents and information on state management of basic surveys on resource management and environmental protection.- Methods of analysis and evaluation;- Expert consultation4. Contents of the study:- Theoretical study, the methodology for state management on issues of basic surveys on natural resource management and environmental protection;- The study of international experiences in the field of management of basic surveys on resource management and environmental protection;- Review and evaluate the legal documents related to the state management of basic surveys on resource management and environmental protection;- Research, evaluates the status of the basic survey, the state management of natural resources and environmental protection of Vietnam today;- Research overlappings and vacancies for the basic surveys, state management of natural resources and environmental protection between ministries, branches and localities;- Recommend the delimitation of state jurisdiction on matters of basic surveys on natural resource management and environmental protection.5. Achievements:Providing scientific basis for delimitation of state jurisdiction on matters of basic surveys on natural resource management and environmental protection for managers, policy makers in order to build and improve state management system in the field of natural resources and the environment.6.
