Objectives: General objective: To form a comprehensive, suitable and feasible criteria and indicators to measure, evaluate the effectiveness of response activities to climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection as a basis for planning policy , monitoring and assessing green growth and sustainable development in Vietnam.Specific objectives: _To produce a draft of criteria and indicators on response to climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection for state and local level for the period 2016 - 2030._To apply pilot calculation of the set of criteria and indicators responding to local climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection in some provinces / cities.Major contents:_ To investigate, survey and collect information and data for developing criteria and indicators on response to climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection._To develop a draft of criteria and indicators on response to climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection at national and local level from 2016 to 2030._ To apply the criteria and indicators on response to climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection in some provinces / cities.Products:_ A report on investigation, survey and information and data collection to develop the criteria and indicators of climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection response._ An approval decision on the criteria, indicators on national climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection response for the period 2016 - 2030; and an approval decision on the criteria and indicators on local climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection response for the period 2016 - 2030 to submit to the Prime Minister._ A pilot result report on applying the criteria and indicators on climate change, natural resource management and environmental protection response in some provinces / cities.Duration: 2015 -2017Project Status: in progress
