Investigating, surveying and completing economic and financial mechanisms and policies promoting the recovery and development of natural capital

  Objectives:General objective: To complete the system of economic and financial policies and mechanisms to promote the recovery and development of natural capital which contributes to the implementation of the national green growth and sustainable development strategy in Vietnam.Specific objective: to draft the economic and financial policy framework promoting natural capital recovery and development to 2020, vision to 2030.Major contents:_ To synthetize and evaluate the overall potential , the situation of natural capital exploitation and use in Vietnam._ To investigate and survey to assess the current situation, the needs of recovery and development of natural capital and the current economic and financial polices and mechanisms for natural capital recovery and development._ To draft the economic and financial policy framework to promote recovery and development of natural capital to 2020, vision to 2030.Products:_ A overall report on potential , the situation of the natural capital exploitation and use in Vietnam._ A investigation and assessment report on the current situation, the needs of natural resources recovery and development and current economic and financial polices and mechanisms for natural capital recovery and development._ A draft of the economic and financial policy framework to promote natural capital recovery and development to 2020, vision to 2030.Duration: from 2015 to 2017Project Status: in progress
