On November 15, 2019, with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) organized the Consultation workshop on Assessing the implementation of the National strategy for Environmental Protection until 2020, and outline of the strategy in the period of 2021-2030. Deputy Minister Vo Tuan Nhan attended and delivered a speech. The Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment under MONRE is the focal point to perform the task of "Investigating and evaluating the results of implementation of the National strategy for Environmental Protection till 2020, with a vision to 2030 and formulating a National strategy for Environmental Protection till 2030, with a vision to 2040".
The main purpose of the Workshop is to introduce the results of the evaluation and propose the Strategy outline for the period 2021-2030, and at the same time consult the delegates to improve the effective of implementation the National Strategy.
The consultation workshop has received many comments from representatives of the management organizations, experts, the press agencies.
