The workshop consisted of two main sessions to be discussed. The first session focused on Natural Capital Platform (NCP) in Vietnam while the second one centered on NCP support in the country. In particular, ISPONRE has been currently working in partnership with UNDP and GIZ to construct the network of NCP for Vietnam.
The objectives of this workshop were to (i) introduce the website of NCP to the participants, (ii) establish member network, discuss regulation and operational plans of NCP,(iii) mention support from partners and stakeholders in implementing NCP.
Overview of the consultation workshop
The workshop took place successfully and gathered many representatives from different ministries, international organizations, universities and research institutes, especially Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).
