Scientific workshop on Managing natural resources and environment towards sustainable development

Hanoi, September 15, 2016. Under the framework of cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) and celebration for the institute’s 10th anniversary, the scientific workshop on Managing Natural Resources and Environment towards sustainable development was jointly organized by ISPONRE and HSF. It was an honor to have MONRE Deputy Minister Vo Tuan Nhan as a guest speaker. The workshop was of particular interest to many delegates from different Ministries, institutes, universities and international organizations desiring to have discussions and contribute ideas.

The objectives of the workshop were to (1) identify the opportunities, challenges, vision and solutions to finalize institution and policies in natural resources and environment; (2) exchange knowledge and experience, strengthen cooperation and dialogue aimed at ensuring sustainable development in the future through the resolution of all outstanding issues that have not already been resolved.
