In Ha Noi, on September 6th, 2017, Dr. Vo Tuan Nhan - Deputy Minister, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam attended and witnessed the Signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Environment and Natural Resources (ISPONRE) and the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) for the period 2017-2019. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Chinh, ISPONRE Director General and PhD. Ursula Mannele, HSF President, signed the Memorandum of Understanding.
Immediately after the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, the ISPONRE Board of Directors and the HSF delegation had a working session to share more information, step by step detailing the action plan within the framework of cooperation in the next period.
